School Operations presents a three-part interactive workshop for Heads of Schools, Principals, Business Managers, Admission Managers, and Marketing Managers considering how to improve your school's ability to recruit more students in increasingly challenging market conditions. These interactive workshops will be led by industry experts Alon Abraham & Natalie Herscu from TAG Direct. This series will offer participants an experiential learning opportunity via an interactive workbook which will be provided at the first workshop.

Registration is $350 per school, which includes up to three attendees per school team. Recordings will not be provided post-event as the sessions are live and synchronous, designed for dialogue among the participants. All participants will receive workbook materials to continue discussions and strategies with their school team.

Part 1, Oct 13: Position your School for Increased Enrollment

In this first workshop, we take you through the most important steps of creating a digital strategy handbook. You will establish social media objectives, discover how to evaluate your market position compared to other schools, and create your unique market footprint.

Part 2, Oct 20: Best Ways to Utilize Your School Marketing Budget

In this second workshop, you and your team will find ways to best utilize your marketing budget. Have you been considering social media for your school but aren't sure where to start? Deep dive into the ins and outs of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to understand their power in driving and generating online traffic, engagement, and enrolment.

Part 3, Oct 27: Stand Out from the Crowd

In this third and final workshop, we will empower you and your team to keep on top of all your digital marketing needs effectively and efficiently. Learn how to best make your school's website stand out from the crowd. Understand how to compute and measure the results and analytics, manage an extensive email database, and engage in community management.
