Part 1: Position Your School for Financial Success

The budgeting process is one of the most important tools for your school's success. Planning and monitoring your budget can help you identify wasteful expenditures, adapt to changes, and achieve your school’s financial goals.  In this first workshop, we take you through the most important steps of creating a school budget. You will understand the basic principles of school budgets, make your budget work as a school improvement plan focused on your school’s mission, and ensure you are getting value for your dollars.

Part 2: Best Ways to Utilize Your School Resources

In this second workshop, you and your team will find ways to best utilize spending in a changing and challenging economy. Understand how to measure results and analytics, asking the right questions to mitigate risk and ensure financial success.
